For founder Payam “Marco” Gholami, Iranian aragh provides the inspiration. His training in Chemical Engineering informs the craft, bringing a considered understanding of process to the pursuit of flavour.
GHOLAMI brings those influences together in Galt, Ontario. Its ambition is to introduce a smooth spirit of sun-dried grapes to the world while retaining a clear connection to its Persian roots.
