What is GHOLAMI?
A spirit distilled from sun-dried grapes (raisins), inspired by traditional Iranian aragh, developed in Galt, Ontario using proprietary cold-distillation methods.
How strong are the spirits?
Both Clear and Infused contain 40% alcohol by volume (40% alc./vol.).
Why does Infused contain sediment?
Infused is made with sun-dried grapes and keeps its sediment as part of its traditional flavour character. Follow the final bottle’s storage and handling directions when available.
Is the finished spirit certified organic?
No finished-product organic certification is claimed here. The ingredient description refers specifically to the organic sun-dried grapes (raisins).
